Shipping Costs: DHL Standard: €6.39 (national). Orders over €200 ship free within Germany. The Rooted Bag always ships free of charge. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time: 3–5 business days within Germany. International delivery may take longer. Please note that occasional delays can occur and are outside of our control.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 business days.
